U.S
From 29 August 2025, the U.S. government removed the $800 duty-free import allowance, which means all orders shipped to the U.S. are now subject to import taxes and duties, no matter the order value.

To keep things simple, I now send all U.S. orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) via Royal Mail. This means everything is paid upfront at checkout, and your order is delivered as normal by the U.S. postal service — no extra charges, paperwork, or delays at customs.

Elsewhere:
I currently do not offer DDP for international deliveries barring the U.S so please note that orders may incur additional charges.

Intended Use

These products are designed for decorative or everyday personal use only. They are not toys and are not intended for children.

Warnings

• Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts, sharp points, or components that may present a choking or injury hazard.
  
• Enamel pins, jewellery, and keychains may contain sharp points or edges — handle with care when attaching, wearing, or removing.
  
• Products containing metal components may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in individuals with sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
  
• Acrylic, vinyl, paper, and plastic components are not intended for ingestion. Do not place products in the mouth.
  
• Keep all items out of reach of children and pets, as small parts may be swallowed.
  
• Some materials used are flammable — keep away from open flames, candles, and extreme heat.
  

Use & Care

• Attach pins and keychains securely to avoid loss or accidental injury.
  
• Remove jewellery, pins, and keychains before sleeping, washing garments, or physical activity.
  
• Stickers are intended for smooth, clean surfaces; adhesive performance may vary by surface and environment.
  
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, heat, or direct sunlight, which may cause fading, warping, or damage.
  

Storage

Store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Store flat where possible (such as prints, memo pads, and sticker sheets) to prevent bending or creasing. Keep unused items stored securely and out of reach of children and pets.

Disposal

Dispose of products responsibly in accordance with local waste and recycling regulations. Paper products may be recyclable where facilities exist. Vinyl, acrylic, and plastic components are not biodegradable and should be recycled where possible. Do not incinerate plastic, vinyl, or acrylic materials, as they may release harmful fumes.
