Refund policy

I do not offer returns or exchanges, however, here at Coy Apricot your satisfaction is my top priority. So please contact me at contact@coyapricot.com and I will be happy to assist you if there are any issues with your order!

For lost items:

If you believe your package has been lost in the mail, please consult the information below for an estimate on how much time you should allow before reaching out.

For domestic orders (UK) please allow up to 2 weeks for your orders to arrive in case of any delays.

For European orders the usual transit period is around 1 week but please allow 24 working days in case of any delays.

For international orders the usual transit period is 1-2 weeks but please allow up to 30 working days in case of any delays.

If your order does not arrive within the allowed time frame for your region, please contact me for a resolution as the package will be considered lost.

For damaged items:

Please contact me with visual proof of any damage, if there has been a transit issue I will submit a claim with the delivery company on your behalf and refunds or partial refunds may be offered <3

If you believe you have received the wrong order / there are missing items:

If your order arrives and you think I've made a mistake- you have my sincerest apologies! please contact me right away with proof so that I can correct it (ノω・、) ♥
